Applying the paint as thick as possible will help to intensify the glowing effect, it is best to layer the paint, letting it dry in between layers. Instructions for use: Remove the protective foil seal & apply using a brush, sponge, or fingers (brush & sponge included) Adding more layers once the last one is dried will intensify the effect. You can charge the paint with any light, but using a UV light will 'super charge' the paint, & this little set
