Cast Iron Grill Press
A good solid and heavy grill press that helps to prevent the curling up of meats when cooked in a pan or on the BBQ. Leave in place when cooking to help tenderise meat and remove unwanted fats. Versatile, the press can also be used to press toasted sandwiches, panini style! You can also preheat the press in the pan you're going to sear a steak in, and then when you put on the steak, it will speed up cooking time.
