With this experience you can mix, match, shake, stir & sample! Get behind the scenes of a working cocktail bar & experiment with spirits & tastes to create a beverage that is truly unique. Learn professional techniques used by the fully trained mixologists & bursting with knowledge. The Premium Cocktail Master Class is a fun & interactive way to learn to stir & shake your favourites so you have the confidence to make great drinks at home. This location is totally unique as a late night hang out & offers three floors of fun. The ground floor bar is designed for lounging around, the first floor is where the DJ is based & the second floor is a unique cocktail bar. The experience begins with a glass of champagne each on arrival. Then you will make your way to the Cocktail Bar to kick off the cocktail master class. You will learn to make two cocktails from the cocktail menu including ' Mothers Ruin', made from raspberry & lychee, & the all-time classic, the Cosmopolitan! As part of the experience you will also design your own cocktail using the ingredients of your choice. Once the master class has finished, you are welcome to take a seat at the VIP table in the Perrier Jouet VIP lounge, a chic roped off area that means that you can enjoy table service all evening. The service is free of charge, but you will be required to pay for additional drinks on the night.
