Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP8 (Red) Digital Camera Model No: DMC-FP8EBR The DMC-FP8 features a 28mm wide-angle lets you easily capture large groups of people indoors or expansive architectural structures & scenes with dynamic width & rich perspective even from short distances. The DMC-FP8 is equipped with a 4.6x optical zoom lens (35mm film camera equivalent: 28-128mm). The Extra Optical Zoom function uses the center part of the CCD to extend this 4.6x zoom ratio to powerful 9.1x zoom (35mm film camera equivalent: 250mm) at a resolution of 3-megapixel or less. The DMC-FP8 has a shorter start-up time & an ultra high-speed AF thats about twice as fast as our previous AF systems. It has a maximum speed of approx. 0.25 second at the wide-angle setting & approx. 0.26 second at the telephoto setting which lets you snap off shots almost immediately. The DMC-FP8 lets you snap off consecutive shots at approx. 2.3 frames per second in full resolution. You can take a series of shots then choose the one you like the best & delete the rest.
