Our Personalised Places We Have Been – World Map lets you keep a detailed account of all past, present & future travels. This map is a great way to preserve those happy memories. You can even personalise the title box with your unique message. Whatever special words you choose to add, you'll be creating a keepsake to treasure for years to come. Each map comes with 100 map pins (20 of each colour) so they can devise their own little system for what each pin means (Please Note: The laminated option comes with stickers instead of pins). Maybe green is for the whole family, blue for one person, yellow for another, red for places they've already discovered, & pink for places still on the 'to-visit' list. The map features a special coating which allows the recipient to write notes on to the surface or annotate countries & places, & erase them once they've visited. To remove travel notes, simply wipe the surface clean using a cloth, & start scribbling again! The world map comes with a choice of a laminated poster, or with a light wood or dark wood frame, so it's ready to take pride of place on the wall. Not only is it a great talking point but any visiting neighbours & friends will be able to see how cultured & well-travelled the recipient is! What Can I Put On My World Map? You can personalise the map with a thoughtful message of up to 70 characters over three lines. Your words will be printed in the title box, which is on the left-hand side of the map.
