When wine is involved, presentation can be just as important as taste. You want to feel sophisticated while you drink, & that feeling comes through with our personalised bottle of cava. A floral pattern decorates the label, coloured with orange, pink & light blue. A white label has been placed over the flowers, creating a transparent effect. The second label can be filled with a name of your choice & a fun & personal message. What Can I Put On My Label? You can personalise the label with any name, with up to 25 characters and a special message for the recipient, with up to 75 characters printed over three lines. About Our Cava Our cava is a Loxarel Saniger Brut Nature Reserva & it’s crafted in the Masia Can Mayol vineyard, located in the wine-producing region of Penedès, in Catalonia, Spain. Loxarel wines are ecological & biodynamic; they breathe the countryside & enfold the essence of everything that surrounds the vineyards. Biodynamic agriculture incorporates different rotations of crops carefully & the biodynamic calendar is based on the position of the moon which determines whether the day is a fruit, flower or leaf day. Crafted from a blend of Parellada, Macabeo & Xarel∙lo grapes & using the traditional fermentation method, the caves (yes, that’s the plural of ‘cava’!) are aged for more than fifteen months underground. The end result is an elegant, dry sparkling wine with a golden hue & fine effervescence. What does our fizz taste like? It’s a light, smooth & well-balanced bubbly with a fruity aroma. Notes of apples, pears & almonds, & hints of crisp citrus, create a clean, delicious cava that’s perfect as an aperitif & delightful with puddings.
