This will relax your aching muscles & alleviate any muscle knots you may have. Or maybe you'd prefer the Pick Me Up Facial. It offers a quick, instant pick me-up & an excellent pre-make up facial for that special occasion. Typical Programme On arrival you will meet with one of the health club's receptionists who will confirm the time of your treatments, where they take place & the facilities on offer. You will have full access to the club's facilities including an extensive air conditioned gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room, & classes including Tai Chi, Pilates, Boxercise, aerobics etc. (subject to availability). Your treatments will last Approx. 40 minutes in total. Duration & Group Size Your treatments will last 40 minutes & you can use the facilities all day. It will be just you & the therapist.
