A Chablis Premier Cru made by the Picq family who produce wines in both the Vaucoupin & Vosgros areas. This Chablis from Vaucoupin, lies on the right bank of the river Serein & is made from vines that are planted at an almost impossibly steep 45 degree angle & can only be harvested by h&. The wine has a lovely chalky base with notes of spring flowers & beeswax augmented by a lovely tart citurs core of fruit. All papers sent will be a genuine original & complete newspaper (not a copy) from the date you select. Each newspaper comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
