Tongue-&-groove cladding, 2 fixed styrene safety glazed windows Tongue & Groove Cladding Single door Solid sheet roof & floor construction Framing: 27 x 32mm H 136 x W 143 x D 122cm EN71 safety tested, complies with European Toy Safety Standards. 10 year anti rot guarantee Handmade in England from sustainable resources. Although the product is treated with water based factory base coat it is highly recommended it will need retreating once erected. Your playhouse can take up to two weeks to be made, at which time you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date & time. Please be advised that this product can only be shipped to mainland UK
