4x 4 Crooked Cottage Playhouse. The Mad Dash Crooked Cottage Wooden Playhouse Including Floor is a great little childs playhouse that is great fun for the kids & its natural look will enhance your garden. A traditionally styled & versatile playhouse suitable for either traditional or modern style gardens. Built with children in mind it will keep them amused for hours & will allow their imagination to shape their own play space from a country cottage to a garden hideaway. A great personal play space which your children will be proud of, not for Grown Ups. Construction. Tongue & groove interlocking board cladding is used in the construction of this building making it more sturdy & better looking, thus differentiating it from certain other playhouses. Strong solid sheet material is used for the roof & floor construction Rounded framing is used for safety. Treatment. To help during construction & transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the warranty & finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, & thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life. What s included. Side, Roof, Door, Back & Floor Panels. Assembly Instructions. Fixtures & Fittings. Roofing Felt. Styrene Window Glazing. Please Note The green wooden window shapes that are show on the front of the playhouse are not included. The chimney shown is an optional extra which can be purchased separately. Easy Assembly & Maintenance. Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures & fittings. To provide protection during transportation & construction the Crooked Playhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements.
