The door style depends on whether you opt for a slide or tower only.

If you choose a tower only, your playhouse will come with a split stable style door where the top and bottom can be opened separately.

If you choose a tower with a slide, the playhouse will come with swinging saloon style doors.

We recommend adult monitoring whenever a playhouse is used. However, it may be of reassurance to learn that our playhouses are safety tested to British Standards BS-EN71 for domestic use.

Our playhouses are not designed for children aged under 36 months as there are many small parts, which may be a potential choking hazard. Furthermore, there is often a maximum user weight of 50kg when tower playhouses and two-story playhouses are concerned. We also recommend keeping the playhouses a minimum of 2m clear from any obstructions or other structures.

• Rounded edges and smooth framing.
• Air holes on the rear of the playhouse for safety and increased air circulation.
• Shatterproof glazing, a safer alternative to glass, which is easily broken and can leave sharp edges.

• Safety finger gap - A 12mm gap around the door which protects little fingers from being trapped.

With the Lollipop Junior Tower an 11mm tongue and groove floor and roof is included.

Roof:

11mm: Our standard roof option, this interlocking roof provides a reliable covering for any building. The Tongue and Groove not only gives your building a stronger roof but also a premium look and feel.

Floor:

11mm: Our Standard flooring option which provides a durable, solid foundation and underfoot to the building. The 11mm option is ideal for less demanding and frequent usage, suitable for lighter intensity purposes like summer houses and other living spaces containing light furniture. The 11mm tongue and groove timber makes this a solid yet suitable, economical option.

Our playhouses also come with premium mineral felt roofs. It provides superior protection and durability to these outdoor structures’ roofs.

We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, as they are designed to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the digital assembly instructions included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people, the handy pre assembled panels mean you will have your BillyOh building up in no time!

If your building is shorter than 2.5m you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or will be placed in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before purchasing a garden building from us.

Our playhouses are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily maneuverable and fit through a standard doorway. Glazing and any additional wood is delivered in separate, clearly labeled packages.
