Shogun 2: Total War will feature enhanced full 3D battles via land & sea, which made a name for the series, as well as the tactical campaign map that many refer to as the heart & soul of Total War. - At the height of martial prowess & technology are the hero units. Available to the player as ‘legendary’ units of a certain discipline these troops make a distinct difference on the battlefield. A single hero surrounded by a handful of their disciples can take on large numbers of enemy troops & will seek to find enemy heroes & duel them to the death for the honour of their lord & their clan.
