DINITROL 6110 Megafill Spray is an acrylic resin-based filler in aerosol packaging. The product has excellent filling properties, dries quickly, is easy to file & can be used with most repair lacquers. DINITROL 6110 Megafill Spray is used to level scratches, scrapes & other minor damage to paintwork. Method of Use: The surface to be treated must be clean & free from oil & grease. File all surrounding edges with fine sandpaper. Cover all areas which are not to be treated. Shake the can well before use (1 − 2 minutes), until the mixing ball can clearly be heard. Spray at a distance of 20 − 30 cm. Spray DINITROL 6110 Megafill in a cross coat. For small surfaces, the product can also be sprayed in a circular movement. If required, repeat the process after the former coat is dry. In order to prevent any nozzle blockages, hold the can downwards after use & briefly spray pure gas. Once dry, DINITROL 6110 Megafill Spray can be filed & painted. If the filler is applied in a fine layer as a primer, the surface need not be filed before painting. Depending on temperature, humidity & coat thickness, the product is touch-dry after approx. 20 − 30 minutes Specifications: Base: Acrylic resin
