A specially formulated wax which penetrates rust & dirt preventing further corrosion. Use on open surfaces or cavities. Even damp & dirty surfaces will not affect its superb performance. Ideal for vertical surfaces, if you are planning on using on the inner chassis rails then please consider Dinitrol ML or 1000 as these products offer better creeping properties. To clean use white spirit or solvent & elbow grease. Not recommended to thin it down with anything. Steam clean the underneath of the vehicle & allow to dry, remove any flaking rust & mask up any areas where you do not want the wax to go, time consuming but well worth the effort as it is difficult to remove any unwanted overspray later. Treat any surface rust with the rust converter (3125HS), once it has turned black proceed to treat the cavities with the cavity wax also giving a fine coating of cavity wax to the underbody of the vehicle with any you have left over as it contains rust inhibitors. Leave overnight to dry & then apply the underbody coating (4941), this will dry to a leave a finger print in it type finish as it remains soft underneath so it can migrate & reseal itself when it gets a stone chip. When dry remove the masking & away you go. Don't forget to wear something you can throw away afterwards.   ...

Dinitrol 3125 HS will not crack, chip or peel & is designed for application to internal & external surfaces of cars, trucks & busses. The product is particularly suitable for use on old vehicles where corrosion is evident on e g the underbody. Ideal for vertical surfaces, if you are planning on using on the inner chassis rails then please consider Dinitrol ML or 1000 as these products offer better creeping properties. Severely attacked areas can be applied in combination with Dinitrol ML (S330) for greater effect. Available in 500ml (Aerosol) & 1 litre. Method of use: Dinitrol 3125 HS is applied by spraying with manual or semi-automatic application equipment, & is suitable for either airmixed or airless spraying. To clean use white spirit or solvent & elbow grease. Not recommended to thin it down with anything. Store in dry conditions away from other combustible materials, heat & direct sunlight. Front valances & under wings are always subject to stone chips, give long term protection by spraying Stone Chip. Long-term protection products against corrosion & stone chipping with a synthetic resin/plastic basis. After drying, the materials are resistant to carbon hydride-based cold cleaning agents, surfactant-based acid & alkaline high pressure cleaners, salt water & road salt.
