The stride length & resistance can be altered by the controls integrated in the multi grip handle bars. The stride length can be adjusted from 46cm to 61cm (18-24 inches) a range that would suit almost everyone. The Ergo Grip stationery handles combine an Activity Zone which is there to enhance your workouts & offers such features as Total Body Trainer & Leg Sculptor.
