New for 2018 is the Daiwa Lexa Trout Fly, full range of premium quality rods that are dedicated to covering a huge range of fishing opportunities.

These rods are built on a HVF (High Volume Fibre) carbon construction which uses carbon patterning direction to make the blank resist twisting & deformation. This results in the blank being incredibly responsive, durable & high in energy production for enhanced casting & line direction accuracy.

The river special rods include the two 9ft models with ratings of 4 & 5. These models have highly responsive tips that give faster line pickup & swifter application of casting power for short, sharp, accurate casting.

The Nymph Specials at 8/9ft 3 & 9/10ft 3/4 utilise a similar 'tip feel' but incorporate a 1 foot intermediate section that extends & transforms the performance of each model. This lends them well to French Leader set ups as well as standard lines. It also lets the angler quickly adjust to suit changing conditions or presentation requirements.

For the stillwater angler, there are a variety of models at 9ft 6 to 10ft. There is also an 11ft 3 model which is better suited to sea trout or grilse on smaller rivers & spate waters.

The rods are all fitted with high quality alconite stripper guides, stainless steel snake guides & a hayfork tip. Each rod also has a 4 piece construction for easy transportation & storage. Each rod is supplied in its own cordura tube.
