This model is the highest specification available featuring a polycarbonate base providing additional durability compared to a cheaper metal construction, an ultrasonically welded cover to the base for increased bonding opposed to crimping and being coloured it is easy to recognise when switched off.
This bulb is designed with quality and the environment in mind, reducing common problems associated with traditional glass bulbs and only consuming 0.5 watts of power. Each bulb has 7 super bright LEDs inside which produce a vibrant modern glow whilst consuming 97% less
energy compared to traditional incandescent 15 watt glass bulbs. If you are worried about your electric bill this season - replacing old filaments bulbs will save you money on electric and maintenance. There are 7 colours to choose from in this range: White Warm White Blue Green Red Yellow Colour changing Choose Warm White bulbs for a traditional look, multi colour for the classic christmas string, Ice White bulbs for a modern look or a winter wonderland. Mix one or two colours to match a particular theme or display for any event throughout the year. It is vital your festoon belts/harness socket has a weatherproof seal which covers a minimum of 10mm of the globe part and forms a strong seal above the lamp base.
