Unscrew the top of the solar panel & flick the on/off switch. Now replace the solar panel, & place the light in your desired area. Note: Although most solar lights may come pre charged to work for the first evening, this is not always the case. If the battery appears not to be charged simply switch on & allow a couple of days to charge.
