An Arnica soak to ease muscular aches. Excellent for the end of the day bath or foot soak, to ease away the day's stresses. Particularly useful following strenuous exercise e.g. sports, gardening. Directions for use: Add 1-2 pumps to a running bath & then soak, relaxing muscles & joints for 20 minutes. Add a single pump to a foot spa for treatment of aching feet. Repeat as often as required. For best results use in conjunction with Arnica Gel which should be applied on the affected areas.
