They are expandable & have two external belts on top & two internal belts on the bottom to contain the expanded part. They are fixed under the seat by using adjustable belts in length with Velcro & one central security belt. They are also equipped with: Waterproof zips Rain cover Internal extractable bag Extractable shoulder strap Internal elastics to secure the load.
