The Halifax Rattan Basket Sideboard combines the quaint charm of the French Countryside with the coastal flair of the Eastern Seaboard to form a comprehensive range befitting the dining area, living space or bedroom. Detailed profiling on each piece, together with the warm finishing & antique brass hardware, provides a classic collection for the contemporary home.
Carefully selected plantation timber is processed through machinery to manufacture each component accurately. Carpenters h&-assemble each piece using composite wood panelling to construct a quality product. A rustic signature look is created by lightly distressing the white semi-gloss painted finish. In some of the pieces, drawers & cupboards are replaced with durable, easy access Kubu rattan baskets. Functional & attractive, these baskets are hand woven by village artisans from this native Indonesian Palm material.
