Each Aymes shake contains a range of 19 vitamins, minerals and a balance of protein, carbohydrate, fat and contain 265 calories when mixed with whole milk.

Mixing instructions:
Pour 200ml of the milk into a glass or mug, add 1 sachet of Aymes powder. Mix continuously with a whisk or fork until fully mixed. Drink immediately or seal and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Best served cold but can be made up hot if preferred.
