After supper in the evenings youll be free to make the most of our awesome location, a walk through the bluebell woods to the beach comes highly recommended, & well have a bonfire under the stars for you on one of the evenings. The Preseli Venture eco lodge is a great place to hang out in the evenings, we have a big pile of games & books, plenty of safe outdoor play areas for kicking a ball around, we have a fully licensed bar so if the adults fancy a bevvie theyre most welcome, & if the kids really cant live without internet access we have wireless broadband! ACCOMMODATION All adventure guests stay at an Eco Lodge located in five star adventure centre set in an acre of land; a beautiful location with just a one mile walk through National Trust woodland to a local beach which is stunning, unspoilt, & a place where seals sometimes sleep. The lodge has a range of cosy bedrooms, from doubles through to group rooms sleeping eight. The lodge is kept warm & cosy all year round, with a comfy lounge that has a picture window with an inspirational view, under-floor heating courtesy of the ground source heat pump, & is equipped with a delightful wood burning stove
- ideal for experiencing that post adventure glow! The bar & dining area has a pool table & an incredible music system which you can plug your ipod straight into. The bar is well stocked with a wide range of tipples to suit everyone, including local & organic brews. Tasty meals are served, & tea, coffee & cold drinks are available to help yourself to at all times. Food is home cooked, wholesome & delicious, & special diets are happily catered for. The traditional Pembrokeshire courtyard is perfect for warm summer evenings or for watching the beautiful sunsets, or you can enjoy beers around a blazing bonfire in our sheltered garden for awe inspiring nights out under the stars. The lodge accommodates up to 38 people & has an atmosphere of homeliness & comfort. If you want to sample the local village pub, in the small & friendly hill top village of Mathry, its just a short walk from the lodge & will give you a real taste of rural Welsh life. From here you can look out over the Preseli Hills; the source of the bluestone of Stonehenge. THE INSTRUCTORS All of our professional & friendly guides & instructors are experienced & fully qualified with National Governing Body Awards & they regularly take part in comprehensive in house training. They are committed to providing exciting yet safe activities that bring new challenges to the group & individual. High quality specialist equipment is provided including wetsuits & safety kit. WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE ? Four nights five star eco adventure-lodge accommodation, yummy home cooked food from Monday lunch to Friday breakfast (with the exception of Wednesday lunch), 4 half day guided adventure sessions plus a half day hike, all specialist equipment (including winter wetsuits ALL year round, & wetsuit gloves & socks to keep you toasty warm), friendly & qualified instructors, PSV qualified drivers & transport for all activities, & bus & train station transfers for certain trains.
