Product Description

The wine shows cool climate freshness & a surprising intensity, with spice & gentle game notes. It is layered with fragrant sweet, ripe cherry & blackberry flavours, with underlying almond & white pepper tones. The palate is seamless, sleek & polished, with firm, ripe tannins. The wine was aged in French oak barrels (25% new) for 12 to 18 months. Drinking well now, but is suitable for cellaring for at least 10 years.
