T. Rextasy are the only band to have been authorised & endorsed by Marc Bolan's catalogue management, & are now recognised as the "official" Marc Bolan/T. Rex tribute b&.

With their uncanny doppelganger lead singer & guitarist, Danielz, T. Rextasy perform a powerful & mesmerising presentation of Marc Bolan's rock & pop anthems.

With a career spanning over 17 years, T. Rextasy have toured Worldwide, including Japan, Germany, Denmark, Abu Dhabi, Sweden & Marrakech, to name a few. They have not only performed with Bolan's contemporaries such as Roy Wood, Steve Harley, Ian Hunter, Slade, & Gary Glitter, but they have played more than once at the impressive Wembley Arena in London, & headlined the gigantic Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo, Japan.

T. Rextasy are also the only band to have the blessing & support from Marc's only family & ex-T. Rex members, including June Bolan (Marc's wife), Gloria Jones (Marc's girlfriend), Rolan Bolan (Marc's son), Mickey Finn (T. Rex conga player), Tony Visconti (T. Rex producer), & others. They were also voted ' The Best Live Tribute Band in the UK' by the BBC.

T.Rextasy

In 1973 a record was released which would bridge the generation gap and become a rock anthem to both young and old - '20th Century Boy' was written and composed by Marc Bolan, who with his band T.Rex, was one of the most flamboyant and charismatic of the original glam rock era. With Bolan's special ingredient of Rock-a-Boogie songs throughout the 1970s including 'Telegram Sam' and 'Jeepster' he was able to obtain what would be yet another Top 20 record later in 1976 that has since become one of the most memorable and everlasting signature tunes, 'I Love to Boogie'.

T.Rextasy have now been performing around the world for over 20 years, a career that ironically out lives Marc’s very own T.Rex. The band is now accepted as the world’s only official live tribute band dedicated to Marc Bolan & T.Rex, and the only band endorsed and approved by Marc Bolan’s family, estate, original ex-members of T.Rex, and Bolan’s catalogue management. The band has been described by many as ‘beyond the boundaries of tribute’ and were awarded 'The Best Live Tribute Band in the UK' by BBC1.
