LONDON GRAMMAR
London Grammar have an air of restrained strength that puts them in mind of their fellow Brits, Adele and The xx. The guitars are quiet, the drums gently reverbed, and the singer’s voice is classically beautiful. There’s not much info out there on these guys, other than that they are a “London Trio, ” but their track “Hey Now” does enough work in 3:27 to make it very curious to hear what the rest of their catalogue sounds like. If the rest of it’s like this track, look for these guys to make noise in 2013.
