The band reached massive global success with a number of albums including 1995’s ‘ Beggar on a Beach of Gold’ which continued to cement the band’s reputation as one of the most respected contemporary melodic rock bands.

In 2010 a new generation of the band was unleashed & features two new faces, the successful R & B act of the 90’s, Andrew Roachford, who shares the vocal duties with Tim Howar, who formed & toured with Vantramp, supporting the likes of Rod Stewart & Paulo Nuttini.

After signing with the Yardbirds in 1963, Eric Clapton began a career as a professional musician that has seen numerous bands, an abundance of albums, countless worldwide sold out shows, an impressive array of accolades, unwavering critical acclaim & his consistent display of legendary guitar work.

His spring tour will mark his return to the stage after spending 2012 in the studio working on a new album, to be released in early 2013. Clapton has assembled an impressive band for the 2013 date which will consist of long-time touring partners: Doyle Bramhall II (guitar), Steve Jordan (drums), Chris Stainton (piano & keyboards), & Willie Weeks (bass), along with newcomers Paul Carrack (organ & keyboards) & Greg Leisz (pedal steel guitar). Michelle John & Sharon White will join the touring band again as backing vocalists.
