The Shimano XTR M9000 XC 29'' 15mm Tubular Front Wheel is the ultimate in reliable tubular race disc wheels from the ultimate Shimano MTB groupset. XTR wheels are engineered to perform in the most demanding conditions whilst still being light. This wheel has a tubular compatible carbon 26mm rim with 28 butted 2.0-1.5-2.0mm stainless steel spokes. The hub has a forged then anodized alloy hub shell for maximum strength & long lasting good looks. The hub uses angular contact bearings designed to cradle the balls giving both radial & lateral support; they also offer precision bearing adjustment & easy maintenance. The hub also features double contact seals with internal grease sleeve to keep the elements out & the grease in. The wide bearing placement in the hub gives excellent lateral rigidity further improving strength & durability & Ball bearing races are ground with Cubic Boron Nitride tool for high precision. Available in 15mm thru axle, in black only.
