Finally, the devices are re-imaged with a brand new & genuine copy of Microsoft Windows®, affixed with a second Certificate of Authenticity.

Theres also the option to upgrade the specs of your device so it suits the power & performance you're looking for in a PC.

Of course, they?ll be the occasional scratch or mark that may give the game away, but in all other aspects, there?ll be minimal evidence of wear & tear, & to offer peace of mind, we provide a 2 year no-quibble warranty as standard on all our Stone Approved PCs.

GRADE A -

This describes a device which is very clean & of a desirable quality. It should have no noticeable scrapes or scratches & no dents or damage. Every element of the hardware is functional with no known faults in the system.

GRADE B -

The device should be reasonably clean with few small scratches to the casing which are barely noticeable. No scratches on the screen or speakers. All system hardware is fault free & in working order.

GRADE C -

The device is still in clean & tidy condition but has signs of use. Some small scratches and/or dents to the casing are permitted but nothing that affects function of the machine. No damage to the screen & no faults with any of the system hardware.

GRADE D -

The device may have several scratches and/or dents to the casing with some scratches on the screen. No dents or scrapes on the screen. The hardware of the system still functions.

GRADE E -

The device is FAULTY. The device/s are damaged or unusable. This

Includes:: smashed screens, faulty hardware, & surface damages. The machine will not work but still has all parts present.

- minor dents, scuffs or scratches to casing, multiple corner dents Screen

- no more than 2 keys or 1 button missing, damaged or showing excessive wear Ports
- damaged but functional Functionality
- fully functional as intended by the manufacturer other than missing keys or button Accessories (including but not limited to charging plugs, cables, for example)

- holds a charge sufficient to use device for minimum viable period Software

Grade D -

- physically damaged, cracked or with major dents Screen

- does not hold a charge Software

All orders go through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection before we install your chosen operating system. We aim to dispatch all orders within the timescales stated above, however, there may be times where this is not possible (eg. Components, chargers, accessories fail QC checks, BIOS password restrictions). In these cases, we will dispatch your device as quickly as possible without compromising on quality

All orders are dispatched using a next working day service with Fed Ex. In most cases, delivery takes place the next working day, however, as with all delivery services, there is a risk that orders may be delayed in transit. Fed Ex provides full tracking & allow you to reschedule your delivery or provide delivery instructions through their website & mobile app.

Stone Group/ Encore are not responsible for any delays that occur once the item has left our warehouse.

Next day delivery is only available on orders of less than 10 devices. If you need more than this on a next day service, please contact us by phone, email or live chat prior to placing your order.

Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.

During exceptionally busy periods, these delivery times may change. If there are any delays, you will be informed of this during the checkout process.

We only ship to addresses in the UK.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We at Encore PC pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience by offering customers finest top quality services & products. But if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your system, we would like to give the opportunity to work with us to try & get the issue resolved as soon as possible. We would like to ensure that your full customer service experience has been a positive one & we hope this leaves you feeling happy with the service given.

14 DAY RETURNS

You can return an item to us for a refund/exchange within 14 days from the day after your order was delivered. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay & not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ?as new? condition & in their original packaging. Your device must be returned with all the accessories that came with it, any free gifts or promotional items & ideally the original packaging.

Please note:  If you do change your mind about a product, you are responsible for paying the return postage. We strongly recommend that you use an insured & tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Collect+.

Please ensure that you include your original order number. Any refunds will be processed once the goods have been received back into our warehouse & checked by our team.

Once you have sent your order back to us, please provide us with the tracking information.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Your computer comes with a 90 Day Return to Base Warranty, so in the unlikely event that a fault occurs within your first three months, we will send a courier to collect your machine from you before collection make sure all data is backed up as we are not liable for any data loss, repair/replace any faulty components & return the device back to you (once repaired) using a next day courier service at no extra cost. You can extend your warranty & support cover up to one year. The one year extended RTB warranty can only be purchased at the same time as your device.

FAULTY GOODS

If a fault occurs within 90 days from the date of delivery (or within 1 year of purchased RTB warranty), we will send a courier (either Fed Ex or DPD) to collect your device from you. We will try to repair the item in the first instance, repairing or replacing any faulty components & we would then return the device back to you (once repaired) using a next day courier service at no extra cost.

If we are unable to repair your device for any reason, we would then offer to replace your item for a like-for-like device. If we are out of stock of this item, we would then offer you an alternative or a device of your choosing, up to the value that you paid for your original order.

CONSUMABLE GOODS
Any software packages (I.E Windows 10 Pro or Microsoft Office) that are purchased with your order are non-refundable due to these being added extras/upgrades. Your Microsoft Office package are redeemable, as this will be added to your account, so can be used on another device. We will deduct this from the price of your order when returned to us.
