The XION Short Freeride Evo provides great protection without restricting movement thanks to the four-way stretch material. They are extremely lightweight, low-profile, & comfortable to wear. Five D30 pads work to absorb & dissipate energy on impact & can be removed for washing. The coccyx pad even meets Level 1 safety certifications. Protection There are five D30 protectors which are soft, breathable & highly flexible making the shorts comfortable to wear. Upon impact, D30 stiffens to absorb & disperse energy away from the body. The coccyx pad is 11mm thick & passes EN 1621-1 Level 1 safety standards. The 4 other pads (2 x lower bum, 2 x hip. On-certified) are 8mm thick. All pads can be removed from the short. Short The shorts use a 2nd Skin Design to mould to your body creating a low-profile, comfortable fit with maximum mobility.
