The Public is the board of choice for both Frank April & Austin Sweetin & is aimed at riders who are looking for the ultimate performance in the most demanding urban terrain. Built around a true twin tip shape it features a flat camber profile with flat nose & tail kicks which gives a predictable & smooth ride without compromising on response. Internally the Public’s core is constructed from a combination of wood stringers & composite foam to give the perfect characteristics for hard impact urban riding by absorbing shocks & knocks way better than a traditional wood core board. This is then milled with an advanced profile that features a softer flexing section through the middle to aid that locked on feeling, with thicker snappier sections beyond the bindings to increase Ollie Power at the tip & tail of the board. With softer flexing Bi-Ax glass structural layers for a predictable & playful flex & an easy repair 4400 base the Public has all the ingredients to deliver a class leading jib focussed board.
