It's pretty safe to say that if you speak to just about anyone who's been snowboarding since they were little, you can be pretty sure that the first for the ever rode was a Chopper. As one of the very first kid was on the market, Burton has honed & developed the Chopper over the years resulting in a board that is perfectly matched to the unique demands of small kids when learning to snowboard.
Built around a lightweight twin shape it features the innovative Flat Top with easy Bevel profile. This unique shape combines a flat profile through the length with a side to side bevel across the width. This bevel lifts the edges clear of the snow when on a flat base delivering a hook free ride, but equally important making it easier for lighter riders to roll the board edge to edge, taking a lot of effort out of turning.
Internally the combination of the durable FSC approved Fly Core & easy-going Bi-Ax glass structural layers deliver the perfect balance of strength, durability & playful ride, making this one of the easiest boards out there to really learn your craft on.
