Shape Overview The tapered directional Wampeater might look unusual, but everything is there for a reason, & that reason is to create the perfect all mountain snowboard. Taking its inspiration from pin-tail surfboard technology, this unique nose & tail shape working in harmony with the broader platform between the feet delivers a level of lift & float that is quite remarkable. The fact it does it without being huge & flappy goes to show that sometimes weird just works. That extra width combined with the tapered shape also means that you can get this board hard on edge & crank those carves without ever having to worry about toe & heel drag. Profile The Wampeaters unique hybrid shape combines a flat section between the feet with rocker just before the contact points in the nose & tail. The early rise of the rocker keeps you smooth & catch-free on the rails while adding lift & float in the pow. The flat area adds pop & edge grip when you need to turn.
