MSR's Elixir 3 is a three-person tent ideal for camping trips as a trio or when you want extra room for the two of you. It has a freestanding design & pitches inner first, with colour-coded poles, clips, & webbing to simplify the process. There are doors on either side, with Stay Dry rain gutters that help stop water dripping in as you open them. Two generous gear vestibules make it easy to store gear without compromising access to the inner tent. The rectangular floor shape can fit three standard Therm-a-Rest mats side-by-side. A combination of solid & mesh fabric panels provides privacy while allowing air to flow through the tent. Flysheet vents aid circulation to reduce condensation build-up. The Elixir 3 comes with a footprint which matches the inner tent floor. It protects the base of the tent from abrasion & ground moisture.
