The B&e is designed by Phil Casabon & Henrik Harlaut to perfectly match their needs whether nailing urban terrain or smashing doubles in the park. It uses the evolution Shell with its generous 102mm forefoot, suiting skiers with wider feet who are searching for a more comfortable fit. If required the shell can be heat moulded to better shape to the skier’s feet, ironing out any little pressure points. The Intuition Pro Wrap liner is both light & warm, but more importantly it is fully mouldable to take the very best shape & ensure the most comfortable fit. The 3-piece design is perfect for freestyle with a smooth consistent flex that doesn’t bottom out like regular 2-piece shells, meaning it improves control & reduces shin bang. A soft rubber layer in the sole of the boot absorbs vibrations & impacts to create a smoother ride. The flex 6 tongue is dialled in for the park, with the support for bigger features but the flex to push the butters. It’s the perfect boot for freestyle skiers with wider feet. Ability Level Overview Fit Generally an average feel, but with a slightly more generous forefoot width. Cabrio constructions allows for some flexibilty over the height of the instep. The evolution shell provides more internal space than the Original version. Liner Intuition Pro Wrap with J Bars, mouldable. Built using authentic Intuition closed-cell foam. It is body heat activated to mould 100% to your feet & shells during use, or can be instantly heat moulded instore in minutes for a light, warm & super comfortable fit. The Pro Wrap’s specifically engineered to provide the most energy transfer to the shell while maintaining warmth in a custom mouldable fit. J-Bars are additional j-shaped piece of foam that is inserted internally on both sides of the ankle area to dramatically increase ankle hold down, to keep your feet perfectly in place for precise control. The foam is listed here from foot to shell: 4mm Open Cell, ensures warmth & comfort straight out of the box; 2mm Intuition MD Foam, medium density & hardness for a solid balance of comfort & performance; 7mm Intuition HD Foam, high density & firm for a responsive & efficient transfer of energy. An additional layer of ergonomically shaped e VA (Powerwrap) is wrapped around the outside of the upper liner to increase energy transfer & horsepower to the shell.
