The freeride-inspired Atomic Four AMID Pro has a clean & simple look but is full of the latest helmet technologies. Hybrid construction uses an in-mould top section to reduce the overall weight with injected polycarbonate around the lower part for increased durability. The Holo Core EPS foam liner provides up to 30% higher impact protection than industry standards by using a unique shape that absorbs energy more efficiently in the event of an impact; it also increases internal airflow & helps to keep the weight to a minimum. AMID (Atomic Multi-directional Impact Deflector) is a dual-density foam that sits under the liner & further reduces forces from impacts including angled falls. Aircon venting utilises channels in the foam along with well-placed vents to draw fresh air in & push stale air out. The 360 Fit System lets you fine-tune the size using the dial at the rear & is also height adjustable for complete personalisation. Live Fit memory foam (front & sides) provides a cushioned layer for all-day comfort as well as dampening low-level impacts. The anti-microbial Merino liner is warm, moisture-wicking & can be removed for washing, & the magnetic Fidlock chin buckle is easy to use even with gloves on. To finish, there is an elasticated goggle retainer & a RECCO reflector built in.
