- This unique ‘egg-carton’ construction creates an extended crumple zone for maximized shock absorption. It also comes with ventilation holes so it’s cooler & lighter. This means up to 30% higher impact protection than industry safety standards require. Venting Passive Aircon venting is a built-in system without adjustment. Basic but effective, it creates a constant airflow over your head all day long, keeping you cool without making you freeze. Sizing system The 360° Fit System lets you fine-tune your helmet from every angle. The dial at the rear quickly & easily adjusts to match the size of your head. & the system is also height adjustable so you can find the perfect fit for the shape of your head. The ear Fit System is a special ear pad closing system used for Atomic’s junior helmets that works with a drawcord, keeping the ears warm & protected. Construction In-mould helmets are constructed directly in the mould. The e PS foam is moulded directly into the PC shell, which results in a safe, low bulk & lightweight helmet.
