The High Five is an out and out freestyle machine. Double tip-to-tail carbon beams, super camber, rubber sidewall inlays – the list of high performance features goes on and on. This aggressive freestyle board will absolutely send it on park jumps and in the pipe. impressive 15mm gap between the board and the snow in the middle of the board. The higher the camber, the more energy that is stored, and can be released to pop huge ollies, and snap out of turns for lightening quick edge-to-edge transitions. The Twin shape is completely symmetrical for switch riding with ease, whether you plan to ride the whole mountain or in the park. Two parallel Carbon Beams run the entire length of the board providing a more responsive ride. They drastically improve the performance of the board with added memory and pop, without adding additional weight. The Phantom Core is 15% lighter than the Standard Woodcore making the board feel much lighter under foot. An eco-alternative to fibreglass, Basalt was developed for the aerospace industry. gives unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio adding performance, elasticity and durability to high-end snowboards. With high wax absorption the Sintered 7500 base permits high-speed riding. In order to prevent sidewall cracks, dampen vibrations and reduce fatigue, Rubber Inlays are built into the sidewalls. Having these inlays is particularly beneficial if you are going to be riding rails, but they are designed to prolong the life of your board even if you don’t. The Mid Wide shape is a little more generous in the waist and underfoot which suits riders with (roughly) a UK10 boot by eliminating toe and heel drag without having to get a ‘wide’ board. Multi layer Dampening makes the board more stable by reducing high-frequency vibrations that cause the board to chatter on hard snow.
Found on every single Endeavour snowboard is a Negative Core Profile. Slightly profiled between your feet, this feature reduces weight and allows the board to flex more naturally and freely. The ABS sidewalls are stitched in place by what looks like fishing line. Stitched Sidewalls drastically increase the level of strength and durability. The beauty of flat kick nose and tails is that they provide loads of pop after being fully loaded. You’ll find yourself having enough time for that extra rotation, or floating those tricks that are usually rushed. Also, by their nature, they increase the length of the effective edge, which in turn increases edge grip. The High Five also features the most defined camber profile in the range, and as a result will suit more powerful, heavier and
aggressive riders.
