Features: The Freestyle baseline has long flat zone that extends right through from the start of the nose to the start of the tail with no camber or rocker sections. The increased base contact makes for a fast ride with an incredibly forgiving feel. K2 have flattened & extended the nose & tail to produce their trade mark Tweekends. Ski Construction:  The new Twin Tip Specific construction of Twin Tech increases the durability of sidewall skis. A traditional sidewall construction produces a 90 degree angle where the top material & sidewall meet. The horizontal sidewall construction of the ABSorb sidewall sandwiches a urethane layer in between ABS for shock absorption, lessening the impact of harsh landings to the rider. Triaxial braiding in the core consists of braiding fiberglass around a wood core to provide torsional rigidity for added control.
