This supercharged version of the versatile 80X is built with titanal laminate construction for power, strength & unwavering stability at any speed. We have stocked K2 since we started the business & with the range & quality of their skis it is easy to see why. Speak to any staff member & they own or would like to own at least one pair from the K2 range. This year K2 have kept their range of skis the same, but have concentrated on improving performance. They have done this by using a new comprehensive build process where a skis top shape is redesigned to complement the side profile along the entire ski. They have called this ‘ Baseline 2.0’ & K2 has managed to engineer skis for varied skier types & even different styles of skiing, while also finely tuning them for a specific snow condition. This supercharged version of the versatile 80X is built with titanal laminate construction for power, strength & unwavering stability at any speed. Coupling liveliness & performance with the additional of all-terrain Ro X technology it completely validates the fact that skis with a 80mm waist width can be just as nimble as other narrower skis... These skis use K2’s All mountain baseline 2 technology. These feature a shorter, round tip for predictable turn initiation, the tip ride is traditional, but when combined with All-Terrain Rocker it becomes even more versatile in all snow conditions. Underfoot the skis boast a moderate sidecut that delivers stability & bigger sweet sports in all turns shapes whilst the tail are blunt & round creating a predictable turn release. These skis have flat tails with camber extending right into the tail to offer great rebound. Ski

A really nice ski for the intermediate skier or the advanced skiers who do not want to do 100mph all the time. Easy to ski & with great edge hold & stable performance. This has the width to cope if just playing off the sides but is really aimed at the piste skier who would like a ski that will cope if cutting between runs or venturing off into the trees occasionally. Is this for me? This ski suits a huge variety of different skiers. From those who are progressing well & would like to purchase their first pair of all mountains skis, to the more advanced skiers who want a smooth versatile ski that offers the edge hold & grip you get form the stiffer models, but does not need to go hard & fast. This was another very popular ski last season & will allow skiers to progress rapidly as it is not too soft yet still very easy to ski.
