Head Edge J series ski boots are for the budding young skier, but retain many of the features on adult boots, along with generous room to allow for growing feet, so that the skier can concentrate on having fun on the mountain!   Our Opinion We are now stocking these due to dem&. Granted if you are taking a child skiing for the first time, dont buy boots yet, but if you have a young snow lover, & are skiing regularly with them, then investing in boots will potentially save money over rentals, & also give you the reassurance that you are ready as a family for the mountain. & of course you dont have to take the children to the first day queue at the boot rental shop (Priceless!)

BOA lacing system on youth boots is a no brainer. Get your kids up & out nice & quickly with no fussing about tangled laces. The boots are a 1 piece design, with the shell & liner integrated as a single item. Superlite soles & a thermal insole mean comfort & warmth for small feet.   Specification: ·         1 piece Liner/ Shell design ·         BOA Lacing System ·         Thermal Insole, ·         Lite Sole Flex Index: 1

Features:
Boa lacing is one of the oldest & most successful fast lacing systems on the market. Turn a dial to tighten your laces smoothly & evenly across the whole boot. Very little effort is required, making them ideal for kids, novices & the lazy alike. To undo your laces, simply push the same dial like a button. The laces are then free to be loosened as much or as little as you like. Universally used, spares for Boa systems are available in almost every resort & the nylon wiring is seriously strong. Boa has proved itself to be reliable, & convenient.   Head Lite soles are made from a lightweight EVA rubber, designed to offer maximum grip on slippery surfaces, without adding excess weight. A light boot is a comfortable boot.   Once again, I remain extremely jealous of Groms these days. The equipment available is outstanding. BOA lacing will mean less time waiting for your kids to fiddle with their laces. The 1 Piece Shell/ Liner design makes getting your feet in & out of the boot extremely fast & easy.

A performance groomed run ski for the progressing intermediate & advanced skier, this ski borrows from it’s big sister the MYA No. 7 to produce a nimble & confidence inspiring piste ski. The MYA No 5 is a smooth & nimble piste carving ski. At 71mm underfoot it is incredibly agile but has a little extra width to inspire confidence & produce a more ‘planted’ feel when skiing. The result is a ski that is easy to feed into ta turn, & exits easily too. For the progressing & intermediate skier, this encourages you to take your skiing to the next level. The incredibly short turning radius of just 10.8 metres ensures you always feel in control of your turns. All of this is possible to the main feature of this ski – era 3.0 Technology, which combines three key design elements to product & incredibly easy to manoeuvre ski whatever the snow conditions. The ski is finished beautifully with a new holographic top sheet, & clear bases with complimentary graphics underneath. FEATURES & BENEFITS ERA 3.0 takes 3 key technologies to combine them into one awesome skiing package: 1. ALLRIDE ROCKER A targeted amount of rocker is placed in each era 3.0 ski to compliment the radius of the ski, to ensure maximum performance for all ability levels. Steering is easier for all skiers & soft snow versatility is enhanced. 2. PROGRESSIVE RADIUS Regular rocker makes skiers place their ski further on edge to get the full edge length from tip-to-tail. With Head’s progressive radius, up to 50% less angulation is required to enjoy full edge contact. More edge on the snow means more edge grip. 3. INTELLIRISE REBOUND Head have moved their legendary piezoelectric Intellifibers to the tip of the skis. The nasty tip vibrations found on regular rockers are not found here. These skis are too smart for that. The Diffusor Tail on this ski allows the tail of the ski to flex into the turn a little further, & then spring back as you exit the turn giving you a little extra ‘turbo-boost’! SKI

Specification Geometry: 123mm / 71mm / 107mm (In 156cm length) Turn Radius: 10.8 metres average (In 156cm length) Core Construction: Sandwich Cap Construction with Intellifibers & era 3.0 Bases: Highly Transparent UHM C Bases Bindings: MYA 10 PR Bindings mounted on an integrated Power Rail  System Rail SKI PROFILE Snow Conditions: All-Conditions, Groomed Pistes Ski Terrain: Pistes Skier Level: Progressing Intermediates, Advanced Skiers A good looking & easy to carve ski making this an ideal first ski after renting or for progressing intermediates. I really enjoyed this ski, it was very easy to turn. IS IT FOR ME? For the progressing skier looking to get carving through the advanced intermediate staying on the piste.

Featuring Head ERA 3.0 Technology to give amazing performance in all types of snow, the MYA No. 6 all-conditions ski has just become even quicker edge to edge & easier to ski in all conditions. The MYA No 6 copes admirably in all snow conditions. The combination of the 79mm waist underfoot & the era 3.0 technology means the ski is easier to initiate when turning, & gives you as much edge as possible in contact with the snow when carving. However with the All-Ride Rocker & additional nose radius you still get the float you need when the piste is much softer, or if you want to make short journeys off the side of the piste. A little more forgiving than its big sister the MYA 8.0, this is therefore ideal for the progressing intermediate skier wanting a confidence inspiring ski. A truly versatile ski ideal for all ski conditions in Europe & very much beyond, making this an ideal ‘1 Quiver’ ski for the advancing & expert skier. Visually the ski is stunning, with a 3D thread effect top sheet, & transparent bases with exciting complimentary graphics. FEATURES & BENEFITS ERA 3.0 takes 3 key technologies to combine them into one awesome skiing package: 1. A no-compromise piste ski for the female carver, this 66mm wide rocket features KERS Technology, which releases energy as you exit the turn. A World Cup derived ski without the team graphics. The MYA No 7 is all about the piste, & all about carving. At 66mm underfoot it is incredibly agile. The combination of this shape & the KERS Technology results in a ski that is easy to feed into ta turn quickly, & exits beautifully too. For the advanced & expert carver, this ski is a dream come true. The construction is based on a World Cup wood core sandwich construction with traditional sidewalls to drive the power to the edges, & a very tight 13.2m turn radius for such a nimble ski results in complete confidence when making your way down the piste & avoiding those standing watching! Intelligence fibres throughout the ski allow it to remain flexible at lower speeds, & to stiffen up at high speeds, to allow for a smoother ride & reduce ski chatter on hard pistes. Despite all of this the MYA No. 7 remains a highly feminine ski; the construction & binding placement has been modified, & the design

FEATURES & BENEFITS ERA 3.0 S: A perfect combination of Rocker, Radius & Rebound tailored to suit the i. Supershape geometry. With a totally unique V-Shape construction this is not just a new ski, but a totally new experience. The new Supershape with ERA 3.0 S is the combination of all-mountain carving, race technology & a new gradient on turning mechanics & ski capabilities sure to impress skiers of all levels. 10% Rocker & 90% camber are combined with an additional layer of Intellifibers in the nose of the skis & a reshaped nose radius to give superb feel & control. KERS Technology -  this works like a turbo charger that provides additional power & acceleration by stiffening the tail of the ski in outturns.  The effect results in a subtle kick, pushing the skier into the next turn.  Unlike Heads Intelligence fibres, KERS does not influence the torsional stiffness of the ski, but empowers the skis, longitudinal flex.    This season they have integrated a brand new chip capable of accumulating power & keeping it stored for precisely the right moment. World Cup Sandwich construction takes high quality wood cores, & combines this with traditional sidewalls to help drive power to the edges for great edge hold when carving. SKI
