The CHAM range, constructed in the Chamonix valley, the cradle of extreme skiing, pushes back the limits of Freeride and simultaneously makes it more accessible.  The new ‘levitation Profile’ and Dynastar’s high quality manufacturing processes combine to deliver an unbeatable mix of handling, flotation, power and stability in all snow conditions.  The CHAM 97 is the next-generation 5-point sidecut Freeride ski that delivers a unique, user-friendly blend of float, manoeuvrability, and stability in all snow conditions. Combining a tapered tip and tail with traditional sidecut underfoot for both effortless manoeuvrability and powerful turns in new snow, and the ability to hold its edge and carve on harder snow. It features Dynastars Levitation Profile which has a long
rockered tip, classic camber under the foot, and a flat pintail. The flat tail means you don’t lose the tail pressure required for high speed Freeride or off-piste jump lands. Wood titanal Construction Traditional sandwich technology with wood core and two titanal layers that provide excellent stability in carving and greatly reduced torsional effects.  The power is provided by two layers of fibreglass whose basic weight varies depending on the model and the desired skiability.  The double melamine/phenol sidewalls ensure flexibility and power according to the skiers needs in the direct phases of the turn. Pin and flat tail: A flat, narrower tail that maximises the benefits of the 5 point sidecut.
