The Milan is a soft to mid-stiff, all mountain binding, designed for long days lapping the resort. The Trilogy is a fairly aggressive women’s specific snowboard binding. It’s soft in all the right places (Bushings, straps & highback top) but is fairly stiff in the highback middle/bottom, heelcups & base, resulting in a very capable binding for strong intermediate to advanced women snowboarders.
