Limitless powder skiing on fantastic ungroomed slopes: The Diamir Freeride Pro leaves nothing to chance, offering highest walking comfort during the short climb, & all-out power transmission for the perfect run. From wide to wider, more able, & lighter -  Today’s skis are evolving even more audaciously. They are not only ultra-wide & cleverly waisted but they also consistently gain in torsional rigidity. Despite their impressive width & stability, even true freeride skis are no heavyweights. Thanks to new materials & production methods, the weight can be minimized. Naturally, this revolutionizes the downhill feeling, but only if the binding can keep up.

Specification & FEATURES The newly developed technologies of the current Diamir models are clever tricks at high-tech level, ingenious yet simple. Like building blocks they are integrated into the various models, giving the bindings their very specific characteristics -according to the users’ needs: PTC Technology What distinguishes the new Diamir Freeride Pro is the latest Power Transmission Control (PTC) generation. It allows the power to be transmitted mercilessly onto the ski. In other words: PTC is the key to good edge grip along the entire length of the ski. This way, the Diamir Freeride Pro achieves a downhill performance that can stand comparison with any high-end alpine binding. Several elements ensure consistent & direct power transmission: At the front, the binding features a wide & torsion-resistant PTC front plate, which is further reinforced by a bridge. With its stabilizing profile, the PTC special plate at the rear ensures an optimal power curve. In addition, a stabilizer fixes the PTC end piece, providing significantly higher lateral stability. Gliding Technology Diamir Gliding Technology has revolutionized the walking comfort, making walking as natural & safe as never before.

Cleaning & conditioning the base is necessary to remove old wax & dirt & to keep it from drying. Many users clean & condition the base using a very soft glide wax because of its penetrating & cleaning properties. This, however, leaves a layer of very soft wax on the surface which will change whatever glide wax is chosen for the snow condition. The RENew base prep wax is a unique blend of ultra-soft & ultra-hard waxes working together to saturate & protect in one easy ironing step. The ultra-soft waxes penetrate deeply to condition the base, while the ultra-hard waxes stay close to the surface to protect against abrasive snow & form a neutral layer that will not interfere with the glide wax. Re New ZOOM is one of our favourite Dominator products. Dry base is a very common problem caused by several factors: stonegrinding, use of base cleaners, aggressive snow, repetitive use of hard waxes, & failure to wax. in addition, new skis & boards can have dry bases because factory wax, often buffed on, is non-penetrating. Take care of your bases, & they will reward you

Base conditioning formula Packaging: Comes complete with plastic storage box Weight: 100g Notes: Iron temperature 120°C Our Opinion We should always wax our skis before they have a chance to dry out, however, sometimes it just doesnt happen that way.  If your skis have been left to dry over summer, or have been through the wars, this is a product that will restore the bases to their former glory.  We frequently use this in our own workshop, applied to all dried out skis for a new lease of life. Is This For Me? If you want to keep your skis in the best possible condition, this is a vital product.

A tech (pin) based binding system with front toe release, elasticity and innovative safety features, the Vipec is destined to change touring bindings. For 2015, the toe piece has been further improved for increased durability and easier entry.
