NOTE: We have had a few
customer return socks
claiming that their are
holes in them. Falke are
VERY high quality so we
were surprised, until we
saw where the holes were!
If you are unpacking your
Falke socks please DONT
just tear off the card
outer, and then pull at
the socks in an attempt
to break the thread
stitching them apart. Not
only will that not work
(there are several
threads stitched to hold
the socks together) but
can also lead to these
holes we have seen. This
is NOT covered by the
warranty, so please be
patient and carefully cut
the threads with a pair
of scissors
first! Follow this
simple tip and your socks
should remain hole free
and give you many seasons
of service!
