The X-Twin Jet is a model aeroplane fashioned in the design of a contemporary fighter jet. Fantastic & fun to fly fast, the design also features excellent low speed handling characteristics too for the tighter or smaller environments. Silverlit's exciting X-Twin Jets have become firmly established favourites with both newcomers & experienced experts alike. Easy to operate outdoors in calm conditions, & representing the best possible strength to weight ratio at just twenty two grams, whilst virtually moulded out of one piece of almost unbreakable flexible foam to withstand the occasional heavy landing. The plane comes complete with a handy instruction manual offering hints & tips to the new jet pilot. The X-Twin Jet model plane has a wingspan of twenty five centimetres & looks absolutely stunning soaring through the skies. Flight battery: 3.7v 3.8w 130m Ah 4.0g lithium polymer pack. Two channel 27 M Hz proportional radio control system. Charger: Integral field charger/transmitter. Charging time: 20-30 minutes for full charge. Intelligent charger incorporates LED charging indicator & auto shut off facility when battery is charged. Flight duration: 10-15 minutes. Plane will maintain height on low throttle. Batteries required: 6 x 1.5v AA alkaline batteries for transmitter/charger (not included). R/C specification: Supplied completely assembled ready to fly, with pre-installed 2 channel digital proportional radio control. Two independent speed controllers enable the two powerful wing mounted miniature electric motors to steer the model by simply moving the transmitter joy stick left or right, & allow full throttle control for climb or descent. Fly indoors in a large hall, or outside in calm conditions. Range: Up to 100m (300ft). Frequency: 27 M Hz. Split frequencies allow up to three different coloured models to be flown together on bands A, B & C. Age recommendation: 8+ Adult supervision advised for safe operation.
