The Waeco MS 50 Magic Speed Cruise Control ensures that even on long and monotonous stretches of road you can always drive as fast as you want - without unconsciously violating the speed limit. Once you have reached your desired speed, simply enter it into the microcomputer at the touch of a button. The microcomputer will constantly compare the current speed with the set speed and correct any deviations automatically. The selected speed can be maintained over long distances, for instance in speed-restricted areas or on motorways, which enables the driver to concentrate fully on the traffic. MS-50 can be installed in nearly all vehicles with 12 volt electrics and an accelerator cable, regardless of whether they have manual or automatic transmission, although diesel vehicles require an additional brake booster with a source of negative pressure.
