This is a very simple, award winning game for players aged 3 to 6. The game consists of a 3-D ark, 2 rain cloud cards, & 20 pairs of animal cards. The object of the game is to make matching pairs of all your animal cards & then pick up a rain cloud card to make the ark sail away. The ark is placed in the centre of the table, & the two rain cloud cards are put to one side. The animal cards are divided into two identical piles (each pile containing one of each animal) One set of animal cards, along with both the rain cloud cards, is spread face downwards on the table. The other pile is divided between all the players, who place the cards face upwards in front of them. Players take it in turn to turn over one of the cards on the table & try to match it with on eof the animals in front of them, if so, that pair of cards is posted into the ark & play moves to another player. If it doesnt match any of that players animals, the card is returned face down to the same position on the table & the next player takes their turn. Once a player has posted all their animal pairs into the ark they must try to find a raincloud on their next goes, at which point they can post the raincloud, send the ark out & win the game! There are many other ways of expanding the play value of this game, the cards. Can be used as a simple pairs memory game, & children.
