This is an installation only service. Hardware is not included & our team can only install hardware purchased from Ebuyer.com. Prior to installation we will contact by telephone to conduct a short survey to ensure the installation is suitable. On the day of the installation our team will contact you before 9am to inform you of their estimated time of arrival. When they arrive at your premises our installation team will connect your new TV or smartboard. They will also show you how to use your new device. When they leave your TV or smartboard will be fully installed & ready to use. What’s included? Our installation team will: Demount or uninstall existing unit. Unpack your TV or smartboard. Set up the new TV or smartboard. Fix TV to the wall or wall bracket. Provide mini-trunk to associated TV devices or power sockets using provided trunking. Check the device is working correctly & power it on. Connect the device to your existing network. Deliver a brief tutorial on using your new TV or smartboard. What’s not included? Our installation team are not able to: Embed any cables. Add strengthening to walls. Set up speakers. Install cabinet stands. Move delivered devices to other locations.
