The Hubsan X4 Micro Quadcopter
The Latest Amazing New Quadcopter Everyone has been waiting for Hubsan’s new Quadcopter and now it is here, what a stunning creation it is. This wonderful little flyer is fun with a capital ‘F’. This is the industry leading favourite which has come about because Hubsan have listened to you and implemented the design features you asked for. The new Hubsan X4 is more stable, more crash recoverable and less breakable with anti-flip, landing dampers and better LED lighting. Remote Control The X4 Micro Quadcopter’s controller is an incredible improvement on earlier versions. Stability is greatly enhanced by the 6 axis flight control system. Doing flips in advanced mode is easier than ever. Four powerful motors drive X4 into fast vertical take offs and steep climbs.
The quad motor arrangement allows for easy aerobatic and acrobatic flying and the four way rotor assembly makes precise flying possible. The X4 is better than a toy or a game because each time it takes to the air the excitement grows – you can fly faster and do more than the last time. Indoor or outdoor the X4 Micro Quadcopter has great performance. Sharp turning circles or great arcs, steep banking climbs or gentle ground hugging flights is where the X4 comes into its own. Crash Technology The crash technology built into the new X4 is truly amazing. Pull up, Pull up…we are going to crash, not necessarily anymore due to Hubsan’s new crash avoidance features. Introducing the free flight actuator, a mechanism which when you let go of the transmitter paddles the X4
returns to straight and level flight. The combined features of 6 axis technology, quad rotor mechanism, LED lighting, anti-flip, novice and standard modes, and the addition of free flight actuator control go towards creating the most stable quadcopter on the market. You are looking at years of fun with this Micro flyer and if the worst does happen replacement parts are available. Transmitter Control The transmitter that comes with the new X4 is outstanding. The Husban X4 is a brilliant Micro/Mini Quadcopter coming in at 60mm x 60mm this is a great little unit. Quick and nimble operating on a 2.4GHz controller linking the quadcopter to the controller is simple and quick. The transmitter includes an LCD screen allowing users to see the adjustments made via the elevator trim, rudder
trim, throttle trim and Aileron trim. Master somersaults for the expert user (detailed in the instructions, make sure there is plentand add 4 AAA batteries for the transmitter and youre ready to roll. The X4 Micro quadcopter is great fun just hovering or doing tricks. When the battery runs out, charge it up with the usb cables included, when the charging light goes out you are ready to go again! It has improved vastly over previous models and allow quick trims, advanced and novice flying and instant response to commands. Improvements include a liquid crystal display, power LED, smother inflight rudder / motor controls, stronger signal antenna and easy grip transmitter controller. Trouble shooting If the transmitter fails to sync with the X4 unplug the power from the copter and turn
off the transmitter. Then turn the transmitter back on and connect the battery again, the transmitter will beep when the units are synced. Always turn the transmitter on first before powering up the quadcopter and always unplug the power from the quadcopter first before turning off the transmitter. Quick Flight Tips: Experience should be built up using novice flight mode before trying the more advanced flying mode. Make sure the battery is fully charged and be careful when plugging it in or out as it is a delicate connector. Practise trying to hover at first (you should be able to hover after your first few minutes of flying). When going into advanced mode please remember that the X4 Quadcopter is capable of speeds in excess of 25mph. Make sure you check your trim on the first few flights
and trim the aircraft so it will hover without control input. The X4 will drift slightly forward when it is completely trimmed. Remember that advanced flying mode increases speed.
